How do I enter the venue?

The entrance to the site is located opposite the Stanley Park Pavilion. This entry is open to all patrons - those with mobile tickets and those purchasing tickets from the Box Office. The gate can be accessed from the main bicycle and walking paths located just off Pipeline Road. Please note that there will be restricted parking at the Pavilion area on the day of show. However, parking will be available throughout the park.

Events are Mobile Ticket delivery only for advance purchase. There is no will call/Box Office pick up. Tickets are non-refundable.

For shows that aren’t sold out in advance, tickets will be available for purchase at the venue on the night of show once gates open.

Please have your mobile ticket with barcode or Apple Wallet ticket ready for scanning upon entry.

Is there seating available?

Events are general admission standing with a hill on one side of the venue. There will be a raised ADA platform in the venue for accessible seating for guests with accessibility needs plus one companion. ADA tickets are available for purchase for each event at Ticketmaster.ca. Please speak to the door hosts on arrival for directions to the raised area. . Is re-entry allowed?

Re-entry is not permitted.

What items are NOT permitted at the venue?

To ensure the enjoyment and safety of all guests the following items are not permitted onsite:

  • Glass of any kind (including bottles)

  • Cans, alcohol, or any outside food & beverage

  • Bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm) *Exceptions will be made for medically necessary & diaper bags

  • Professional Camera (defined as a camera with a detachable lens)

  • Video/Audio Recording Equipment (including tripods, GoPros, selfie sticks, monopods)

  • Lawn Chairs (of any design)

  • Stroller/Wagon/Trolley

  • Coolers

  • Banners

  • Frisbees

  • Pets (except service dogs)

  • Tents

  • Knives and/or weapons of any kind

  • Laser pointers

  • Skateboards, electric scooters, or other motorized items intended to be ridden

  • Hula hoops

  • Musical Instruments

  • Electronic Tablets (of any size)

  • Umbrellas (of any kind)

  • Any other item deemed unsafe by venue management

Is there First Aid on site?

First aid will be available on site. Please refer to signage or ask a Malkin Bowl attendant for direction.

Are there water stations?

There will be water refill stations onsite. Empty plastic bottles are permitted.

Are there food and drink options at the venue?

There will be food vendors onsite serving a variety of hot and cold options. They accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Outside food or beverages are not permitted within the venue.

Please note: DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE IN THE PARK.

Is alcohol served at the venue?

Beer and other beverages will be available for purchase onsite. Proof of age is required for alcoholic beverages - 2 pieces of government issued ID, with at least one piece including name, date of birth, photo, and signature.

Vendors will accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Box Office and vendors accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Are their ATMs/Bank Machines on site?

There is no ATM available on site.

When is the Box Office open?

Box Office opens at door time. All major credit cards, debit cards, and cash are accepted.

How do I contact Customer Support about my tickets?

For ticket questions in advance of the show, please contact Ticketmaster Support: https://www.ticketmaster.ca/h/contact_form.html.

In-person inquiries are welcomed at the Box Office on the night of the show, once the gate is open.

What is the bag policy?

The maximum allowable bag size is 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm), including purses. ANY LARGE BACKPACKS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary & diaper bags All event attendees and items will be subject to search when entering the venue.

Can I bring an umbrella?

Umbrellas of any kind are not permitted. We highly recommend coming prepared with a poncho as this event will take place rain or shine!

POLICIES

Mobile Ticketing

All events will be mobile entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. There is no will call/Box Office pick up. Tickets are non-refundable.

Children Rules

Children aged 10 and under will be admitted for free when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.  Ear protection is strongly recommended.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in Stanley Park, including Malkin Bowl.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located inside the main gate and toward the Southwest corner of the concert lawn.
